Role: WordPress Developer

Duration: 6+ Months with extension

Location: India/Remote

Salary: 1.5-2 Lakhs per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements.
• Manage and maintain existing WordPress websites, including content updates and security patches.
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed (e.g., payment gateways, CRM tools).
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct website testing and deploy updates with minimal downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Strong experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Knowledge of Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and AJAX.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Understanding of website security best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred).
