Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our AI/ML division in Vapi. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a background in a design studio. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for AI-driven healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data scientists to design user-friendly AI/ML-based healthcare solutions.
  • Conduct user research, analyze requirements, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design and enhance UI components, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and UI frameworks to ensure consistency in the product.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of UI/UX designs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, especially in AI/ML applications.
  • Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Create visually compelling interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields.
  • Experience in working with AI/ML-based applications will be an added advantage.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex AI/ML functionalities into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in design studios or creative agencies.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical applications UI/UX design.
  • Familiarity with designing for AI-driven products.
