Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Mobile Apps)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Location: Ranchi office

Budget: 6 to 10 lpa

Experience: 3-4 Years

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. UI/UX Design:

– Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.
– Ensure designs are visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and enhance user experience.

2. Graphic Design:

– Create visually compelling assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations for mobile apps.
– Design marketing collateral and promotional graphics to support product launches.

3. Collaboration:

– Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement feedback.
– Communicate design concepts effectively to developers and stakeholders.

4. Creativity and Problem-Solving:

– Identify user pain points and propose innovative design solutions.
– Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and competitive.

5. Usability Testing:

– Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and optimize designs.

**Qualifications**:

– Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
– Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
– Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app designs and graphic design projects.

Preferred Skills
– Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.
– Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development is a plus.
– Experience in designing for accessibility and inclusive design.
