Description:

o Lead Recruitment vertical & hiring of manpower as per the budget through various mix of sources within TAT.

o Analyzing manpower resource requirement along with manpower budgeting and work force planning

o Coordinating campus connect drive with ZHR & conducting graduate trainee drive as per project

o Formulate and benchmark TA related best practices to meet present and future organizational needs

o Sourcing, scheduling and conducting interviews.

o Taking care of RCM and Onboarding of new joinees through HRMS and Ensuring updating of all the required processes.

o Preparing of all required MIS and ensuring 100% completion and accuracy.

o Ensuring proper joining formalities with 100% documentation & SAP updation.

o To Drive TA digitization and automation related practices across regions

o To conduct regular Branch Visits as per timelines

Education & Experience Requirement

• M.B.A with specialization in HR

• At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good networking skills
