**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
– Develop and maintain a **strong talent pipeline** for various job roles.
– Post job openings on **job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms** to attract top talent.
– Conduct **initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers** for further evaluation.
– Build strong relationships with potential hires and create a **seamless hiring experience**.
– Maintain **recruitment reports and analytics** to track hiring performance.
– Stay updated with **hiring trends, market salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices**.
**Requirements**:
– **1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment**:
– Strong knowledge of **job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and sourcing strategies**:
– Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**:
– Ability to handle **multiple job openings and prioritize hiring needs**:
– Strong **relationship-building and problem-solving skills**
