Job Description

We are seeking skilled developers with expertise in core banking platforms to join our team. As a core banking developer, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and integrating Hogan modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM, as well as a strong understanding of banking systems, including loans, deposits, and online delivery.

 

Key Skills Required

  • Expertise in the Hogan core banking platform
  • Strong programming skills in COBOL, JCL, and SQL
  • Familiarity with database management systems like DB2 and VSAM
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience working in onsite-offshore or global delivery models
