Job Description

  • Coordinating Software projects
  • Training Admin, student and faculty
  • Providing guidance for problems and questions
  • Participating in business meetings
  • Impart training on the usage of the software
  • Handling all the queries of the end users and provide support
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of programming experience.
  • Knowledge of MS-SQL,MYSQL, PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of integration between frontend and backend
  • Knowledge of J2EE and frameworks available for it {{such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC etc. depending on technology stack}}
