Job Description
Coordinating Software projects
Training Admin, student and faculty
Providing guidance for problems and questions
Participating in business meetings
Impart training on the usage of the software
Handling all the queries of the end users and provide support
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1-2 years of programming experience.
Knowledge of MS-SQL,MYSQL, PostgreSQL
Knowledge of integration between frontend and backend
Knowledge of J2EE and frameworks available for it {{such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC etc. depending on technology stack}}
