Key Responsibilities

• Must have experience in creating a plugin
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable PHP code following best practices.
• Ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Optimize database structures and queries for maximum performance.
• Develop and implement APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure application stability and security.
• Oversee deployment processes and provide post-deployment support.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
• Regularly update applications to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PHP with 2+ years of hands-on experience and must be open to work on WordPress, WebFlow and other CMS.
• Must have experience in working with ACF.
• Expertise in PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js).
• Proficiency in RESTful API development and third-party API integrations.
• Must have experience with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work on time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with testing frameworks like PHPUnit.
• Must know CMS like WordPress, WebFlow, etc.
• Have previously created plugins
• Have worked on custom themes
• Have worked on ACF
