Job Description
Overall 15 years of experience in managing project deliverables stake holder management and program execution with multi vendors
o Using agile methodology values principles and practices to plan manage and deliver solutions the entire project as per the SOW
o Approval Ensure signoff by the client of the different project phases Build QA Deployment
o Status Report Weekly Fortnightly and MSC with different stake holders
o High the risk during the project execution and plan for mitigation plan
o Tracking project processes deliverables and financials
o Working knowledge of agile methodology techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions
o Leadership and management experience
o Excellent people and project management skills
o Strong communication and presentation skills
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Responsible for successfully designing and leading the successful delivery of sophisticated Salesforce solutions for our customers
o Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
o Thorough understanding of project program management techniques and methods
o Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
o Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
o Excellent communication skills
