Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL
  • Implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM and provide ongoing support
  • Perform functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT
  • Offer post-go-live assistance and handle change requests
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials and SOPs
  • Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
  • Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows and security roles
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
  • Understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas and BI Reports is a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation and client interaction skills
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
