Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong understanding of HR business processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL
- Implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM and provide ongoing support
- Perform functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT
- Offer post-go-live assistance and handle change requests
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials and SOPs
- Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows and security roles
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
- Understanding of HR processes and policies
- Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas and BI Reports is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation and client interaction skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
