Overview
Our client is seeking a Junior Data Entry Officer to support their procurement team. About the role
- Entering and updating procurement-related data including purchase orders, pricing, vendor info, and product details
- Helping ensure records and documents are accurate, complete, and easy to access
- Assisting with invoice checks and verifying pricing, terms, and delivery timelines
- Supporting the procurement team with contracts, reports, and general admin tasks
- Working closely with finance and other teams to keep things running smoothly
- Communicating with vendors as needed to track orders or clarify details
About you
- Previous experience in data entry, admin, or procurement support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Comfortable working across multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a helpful, team-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn and ask questions when unsure
- Familiarity with systems like SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Microsoft D365
