MERN Stack Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities :

– Design and build robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

– Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.

– Implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js .

– Work with databases, including data modeling, indexing, and query optimization in MongoDB.

– Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.

– Debug, test, and maintain existing applications and codebase.

– Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

– Participate in code reviews and team development processes.

Required Skills :

– Experience : 4-9 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.

– Frontend : Strong proficiency in React.js (including Hooks, Context API, Redux/ Zustand/Recoil for state management, React Router).

– Backend : Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for building scalable RESTful APIs.

– Database : Expertise in MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation framework, indexing, and query optimization.

– JavaScript : Excellent command of modern JavaScript (ES6+) syntax and features.

– HTML & CSS : Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.

– API Development : Proven experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.

– Version Control : Proficient with Git and standard Git workflows (e.g., GitFlow).

– Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
