Manager – Design
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategy and communication initiatives for partner schools, focusing on enhancing engagement, lead generation and conversion.
- Act as a brand advocate and custodian, ensuring adherence to guidelines across all design and communication materials and touchpoints.
- Work closely with content and creative teams to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance objectives and messaging.
- Manage collateral production and content updates, ensuring timely delivery and quality output and look to optimize and improve marketing collateral at regular intervals.
- Coordinate marketing communication efforts with business, creative, performance, and tech teams, facilitating smooth collaboration and execution.
- Understand and create design strategy for a portfolio of schools and regularly stay updated on their requirements
- Be responsible for coordination of the marketing communication with various stakeholders and function with multi-faceted requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or fine art
- 4-5 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment
- Expertise in online design and video tools like Canva and Invideo (Must)
- Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro
- Proven ability to create high-quality creatives (portfolio mandatory) with attention to detail
- Able to work effectively in a strong cross-functional environment and drive feedback from analytical and creative partners
- Proficiency in English
- Passionate about learning the latest in design through online courses and workshops
- Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential as we are a globally distributed team
