Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
– Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
– Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
– Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in service delivery.
– Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
– Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
– Prepare and present reports on client performance, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
– Manage client onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition.
– Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
