Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and personnel management. Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
