### **Job Description:**
RightFit Resources OPC Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic **HR Assistant** to support our human resources operations across **Odisha and PAN India**. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administrative tasks.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
– Assist in **recruitment** by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
– Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
– Handle employee queries and support HR policies and procedures.
– Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
– Help organize training programs and employee engagement activities.
– Prepare reports and assist in payroll and attendance management.
### **Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
