About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled HTML Email Developer to join our Martech team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in email development, with expertise in responsive HTML coding, AMPscript, and troubleshooting email rendering across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, dynamic email templates that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Coding: Convert design files into responsive HTML emails, ensuring flawless rendering across desktop and mobile devices.
Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing using tools like Litmus or Return Path to identify and resolve rendering issues.
Process Improvement: Proactively recommend and implement enhancements to workflows and coding practices for greater efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, cross-divisional stakeholders, and external agencies to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshooting: Serve as the point of contact for resolving anomalies and technical challenges in email templates.
Best Practices: Stay updated on industry standards and educate the team on advancements in email coding techniques.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HTML email development, including responsive design and dynamic templates.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and familiarity with JavaScript. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Epsilon, or Acxiom is a plus.
Tools: Experience with email testing platforms (e.g., Litmus) and understanding of SQL/database structures (preferred).
Soft Skills: Strong communication with expertise in dev requirement gathering experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education: 4-year degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
