**About the Role**

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to lead our Hair Fixing clinics in Calicut. You will play an essential role in providing a superior customer experience throughout various phases of the client’s lifecycle as a key member of the team. You will also be responsible for administration, customer relations, business development, and bookkeeping.

**What You Will Accomplish**
– Manage the end-to-end operation of the clinic.
– Create and refine the clinic’s systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency.
– Gather customer feedback continuously and improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
– Develop marketing plans and satisfaction surveys.
– Provide any other admin support that the clinic may require.

**What We Are Looking For**
– Effective written and verbal communication skills
– Minimum of a Higher Secondary Qualification
– Good interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

– Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

– Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

– Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

– Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

– Sales: 1 year (preferred)
