Key Responsibilities:

– Provide outstanding customer service to international customers via telephone as a telecaller customer support representative.
– Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to cater to our global client base.
– Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

– Any Graduation (preferred)

**Experience**:

– Total work: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome)
– Customer service: 0-1 year (preferred)

Language Skills:
