We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of a successful product.
The Product Manager will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring that the product aligns with organizational goals and delivers value to our applicants and students.
Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision: Create a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with university objectives and key initiatives.
- Foster User Engagement: Communicate effectively to address queries during development and facilitate resolutions between cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, designers, product owners, and engineers to ensure seamless execution of product development.
- Requirements Definition: Create detailed requirements specifications for new features or enhancements.
- Prioritization: Drive prioritization and act as the voice of business teams to ensure the product delivers value and addresses needs raised effectively.
- User Acceptance Testing: Define test criteria, validate the product meets business requirements, and address issues found in UAT with core and scrum teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In business, engineering, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
- Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills.
- Team Management: Manage a small team, provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to help them achieve their professional growth and project objectives.
