Job Summary

We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager / Business Analyst with a strong technical background to serve as the bridge between clients and development teams. This dual-role position is critical for driving end-to-end success, from discovery to delivery, ensuring clarity, accountability, and timely execution throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering

  • Work directly with clients to understand business goals, pain points, and functional needs
  • Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to gather and document requirements
  • Create user stories, business process documentation, use cases, and functional specifications

Project Management

  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track progress using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Facilitate status meetings, manage change requests, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery on-time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations

Team Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and the technical team
  • Translate business needs into actionable tasks for developers
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum or hybrid)
  • Clarify requirements and monitor development progress to ensure alignment

Quality Assurance Support

  • Review test plans to confirm alignment with requirements
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and validation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a BA, PM, or hybrid BA/PM in a software development setting
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to create and review technical documentation, wireframes, and workflows
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana)
  • Experience working with distributed, remote teams across time zones
