Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Backend Developer. The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems. They will work on application integration, improve system performance, troubleshoot and debug issues, and collaborate with front-end developers to ensure system consistency. The Backend Developer will also be responsible for implementing security and data protection measures, as well as developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Programming
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Understanding of Front-End Development to collaborate efficiently with front-end developers
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Relevant experience with database design and management
  • Knowledge of security best practices
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
