Job Description

Talasha has been mandated to hire an Associate Creative Director_Graphic Design for India’s leading sleepwear brand that boasts of having over 50 independent retail outlets across the country. This three decade old brand provides premium night-wear for all ages & genders and priorities both comfort & style

Responsibilities –

  • Conceptualise & execute brand designs & marketing creatives across digital, mainline, marketing, and generative AI platforms
  • Ideate & design all aspects of branding elements & digital creatives including advertising creatives, social media tonality, website UI/UX, marketplace creatives, etc
  • Strategize & create compelling offline marketing collaterals- standees, in-store advertising, posters, packaging etc for Pan-India usage
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (Mid-journey/Firefly) to redefine design and creative strategy , exploring new possibilities to bring innovative design elements
  • Produce creative assets including logos, static designs, templates, banners, videos, gifs, animations & visuals for branding and marketing activities across multiple channels such as web, social media, offline collaterals, product packaging, merchandise , email campaigns, and more
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity, while staying ahead of industry trends
  • Continuously improve creative strategy by studying the competition landscape for design trends & benchmarks

Good To Have –

  • 3+ years experience in graphic design for D2C brands in fashion or lifestyle.
  • Experience designing creatives for both offline & digital channels
  • Expertise in Photoshop & Illustrator & experience in After Effects/Figma.

CTC – Upto Rs.10-12 LPA (Basis last drawn)
