Patient Care Assistant/ Caretaker

Job Description

Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with spinal cord injuries, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.
– Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
– Educate patients and families about spinal cord injury management, rehabilitation processes, and preventive care.
– Assist with mobility and rehabilitation exercises, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
– Monitor and document patient progress, addressing any complications or changes in condition.
– Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain accurate patient records.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
