**Developing talent acquisition strategies**: Creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent
– **Building relationships**: Working with hiring managers and HR to ensure the hiring process is smooth and aligned with the company’s values
– **Creating job descriptions**: Writing customized job descriptions and interview questions for each position
– **Analyzing data**: Using metrics to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement
– **Anticipating hiring needs**: Analyzing the organization’s development to predict future hiring needs
– **Collaborating with department heads**: Working with department heads to understand hiring needs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹37,000.00 per month
