Job Description

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
– Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to iteratively improve product designs.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outputs.
– Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets quality standards and project timelines.

**Requirements**:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
– 1.5 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software development environment.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability principles.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
