Job Summary

Software Engineer will translate functional requirements into system requirements while developing applications for First American, these are typically web based applications developed by adhering to coding standards and guidelines by following a continuous Build-Integrate-Test (Agile) approach. Technical Trainee will understand the software development lifecycle and has knowledge of the overall application development space combined with a basic understanding of the business and domain. Role will build basic code assigned modules and features using available stacks and knowledge of programming languages generally under supervision, will apply standard trouble shooting and debugging concepts to achieve speed and efficiency.

  Technical Skills:

• 4  – 5 years strong working experience in.NET technologies
• Windows and Web Application Development using C#,  Web API and SQL is must
• Java Script, JQuery, XSLT and HTML working knowledge is added advantage.
• Web UI Technologies (REACT/ANGULAR) knowledge will be added advantage.
• Basic working experience with Azure environments/Services (Blobs, queues, Storage, VMs, App service environments, Azure App services .NET Core etc…) will be added advantage.
• Proven track record/Solid Hands-on experience with building projects from scratch

• Working experience with SQL Server 2019 and ADO.Net/Microsoft Enterprise Libraries
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with members located in different time zones
• Self-motivator and able to coach and guide other team members on new trending technologies
• Have strong work ethics
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• cluster-based “grid” or a high-throughput/low-latency parallel computing farm
• Experience with multi-tiered application development & deployment – Database, Middle Tier, Client etc.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of formal education – Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology.
