We are looking for a talented **AI Engineer** with **3-4 years of experience** in **Python, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Natural Language Processing (NLP)** to join our AI team.

**Key Responsibilities**
– **Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP models** for various use cases.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI solutions accordingly.
– **Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLM models** using custom datasets.
– **Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance** using various evaluation metrics.
– Contribute to building AI pipelines and scalable architectures for deployment.

**Required Skills and Experience**

**3-4 years of hands-on experience** in:

– **Python programming** for Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
– **Machine Learning (ML)** models such as Linear Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, etc.
– **Deep Learning (DL)** frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.
– **Natural Language Processing (NLP)** using transformers, BERT, GPT, etc.
– **Generative AI (GenAI)** models like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc., and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
– Training and fine-tuning **LLMs (Large Language Models)** using custom datasets.

Pay: ₹326,892.23 – ₹1,292,032.67 per year
