Job Description

Responsibilites: Customer Care II Problem Solving
– Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
– Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints
– Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
– Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
– Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month

– Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

– Ranchi, Ranchi – 834001, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

– Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

– Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

– Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
