Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Mobile App development using React Native and Laravel backend development. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing and managing mobile and web applications, from concept to deployment. This role requires expertise across the technology stack including React Native, React.js, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, and related frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
Develop scalable web applications using Laravel (PHP) and React.js.
Independently manage the full development lifecycle including planning, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Create and integrate APIs, third-party services, and backend logic.
Ensure responsive design, cross-platform compatibility, and optimal performance.
Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams for feature implementation.
Maintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4–5 years of hands-on development experience, including:
Minimum 3 years with React Native for mobile app development.
Minimum 3 years with Laravel/PHP for backend development.
Strong proficiency in:
Coding and Development
Write clean and efficient code in PHP, Laravel, Next.js, React Native and JavaScript..
Build APIs and integrate with AWS services to ensure smooth communication between the frontend and backend.
JavaScript / TypeScript
React.js (for web front-end)
Laravel / PHP (for back-end)
MySQL/PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Experience with Firebase, AWS, or similar cloud services is a plus.
Knowledge of deployment on Play Store and App Store.
Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.

Nice to Have
Experience with Flutter or other cross-platform tools.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and security best practices.
Experience with AI/ML integration (e.g., chatbots, predictive tools, speech-to-text) is a strong plus.
