Job Description
Overview: This role is focused on (1) executing the detailed validation of Como reports to confirm that all columns are confirmed to match the respective source (CFIN, local ERP, etc.) and (2) working with business stakeholders to document defects and coordinate re-testing once solutions are implemented.

Required Skills:
Strong finance and accounting background
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ex vlookups, data transformations, custom formulas to replicate back-end logic in a finance report)
Ability to grasp the business purpose of financial reports and translate use cases into valid testing scenarios
Proficiency in managing large datasets and ensuring data integrity
Knowledge of SOX compliance testing methodologies (nice to have)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
